OUT AND ABOUT AND A LITTLE ROCK & ROLLOn Friday the 13th we headed to the Albany Institute of History and Art for the Patrick Harbron Rock and Roll Icons Photograph Exhibit.
The exhibit also includes several pieces on loan from The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. The Madison Theater is offering a month of Rock Documentaries to coincide with the exhibit. The films are each Thursday at 7:00 p.m. throughout the month of January.
Including THIS IS SPINAL TAP (of course!)
Patrick Harbron is a Canadian photographer who spent his career photographing musicians for print publications and also for album covers. Patrick now lives in the Hudson Valley of NYS. Throughout the exhibit are Patrick's own words of his encounters with these music icons. He also included some of his own memorabilia and equipment.
The museum is also offering several Sunday afternoon lectures connected to the exhibit.

THE WHO and a great one of Keith.
And of course like with any great rock concert you have to bring home a program and a concert shirt.
